Step 4: Flexible Options

If the resident chooses to work with Citizen, we review all available services and then proceed to set up everything for them.

Property managers have full visibility into the status of each service and can view uploaded documents. Additionally, they have the ability to activate or deactivate specific services, ensuring everything is properly managed.
